It would be very interesting to analyze another study where the exercises were of the lower train (leg). As we have seen, it exists but in sedentary. Celes evaluated the lower train (Trialix), using the quadriceps extension exercise.
Another possibility that comes to mind, is to decrease the range of repetitions and bring them closer to a maximum strength routine for example with 5 repetitions equivalent to approximately 85% RM, to assess whether this superiority is maintained, as with submaximal force.
